Native beneficial insects suppress pests and reduce or eliminate needs for pesticides. This Beneficial Insect Scouting Workshop will teach participants how to scout and count natural enemies of crop pests. Learn to observe flower, foliage, and soil dwelling predatory insects in habitats adjacent to crops. Understand how to measure the effects of conservation practices on communities of natural enemies.
